भुवनेश्वर/उड़ीसा ( जनक्रांति हिन्दी न्यूज बुलेटिन कार्यालय 01 अक्टूबर,2021 ) । प्रांतीय युवा कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष डॉ. के.एस. स्मृति रंजन लेंका ने मांग की है कि सरकारी नौकरी के लिए उम्र सीमा ४१ साल तय की जाए ।  राज्य में 21 साल के लंबे अत्याचारी शासन के बाद भी राज्य के युवा बेरोजगार हो गए हैं और बेरोजगारी की समस्या विकराल होती जा रही है । हालांकि, यह भी सरकार की जिम्मेदारी है कि वह हर साल रोजगार नोटिस जारी कर प्रतिभाशाली छात्रों को रोजगार उपलब्ध कराए और रोजगार के अवसर प्रदान करे।

ओडिशा लोक सेवा आयोग ((OPSC)), ओडिशा अधीनस्थ कर्मचारी चयन आयोग (OSSSC), ओडिशा कर्मचारी चयन आयोग (OSSC), राज्य चयन बोर्ड (SSB) और अन्य द्वारा आयोजित रिक्तियां नियमों के अनुसार हैं।

आज प्रांतीय युवा कांग्रेस की ओर से प्रदेश अध्यक्ष डॉ. स्मृति रंजन लेंका के नेतृत्व में कांग्रेस के सैकड़ों युवा कार्यकर्ताओं ने भुवनेश्वर के मास्टर कैंटीन स्क्वायर से २०० मीटर का बैनर लेकर ३२ की मांग को लेकर राजभवन की ओर मार्च किया ।  सरकारी रोजगार में सिविल सेवकों के लिए आयु सीमा में वर्ष पुरानी वृद्धि।

चूंकि ओडिशा सरकार ने सरकारी नौकरियों के लिए आशा की आयु सीमा को घटाकर ३२  वर्ष कर दिया है, कई प्रतिभाशाली छात्रों को सरकारी नौकरी से वंचित किया जा रहा है। ओडिशा में इतने उम्र के अंतर के कारण, कई प्रतिभाशाली छात्रों को उच्च शिक्षा प्राप्त करने के बाद भी सरकारी नौकरियों के लिए आवेदन करने का अवसर नहीं मिलता है, ”युवा कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष ने कहा। लेकिन क्योंकि यह समय पर नहीं किया जा रहा है, कई महत्वाकांक्षी प्रतिभाशाली छात्रों को एक गहरे भविष्य में धकेल दिया गया है।

दूसरी ओर, पिछले दो वर्षों में, बड़ी संख्या में प्रतिभाशाली छात्र कोरोना महामारी के कारण अवसाद से पीड़ित हैं। युवा कांग्रेस शुरू से ही जिला स्तर पर विरोध करती रही है और माननीय जिला राज्यपालों को मांगों को सौंपती रही है, जो अब विभिन्न सामाजिक और आर्थिक अवसादों के कारण बहुमत की उम्र के करीब पहुंच रहे हैं। कई मेधावी छात्रों को अवसर नहीं मिलता है क्योंकि सरकारी भर्ती की अवधि भी ०५ वर्ष से अधिक है, इसलिए कुछ विभागों में शिक्षा और प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त करने वाले छात्रों को समय पर नौकरी नहीं दिए जाने के कारण बेरोजगार छोड़ दिया जा रहा है। वर्तमान में, राज्य में सिविल सेवकों की औसत आयु ३२ वर्ष है, जबकि गोवा में यह ४५  वर्ष, असम में ०७ , तेलंगाना में ०७ , आंध्र प्रदेश में ४२ , उत्तर प्रदेश, राजस्थान, पश्चिम बंगाल और मध्य प्रदेश में है। ४०  वर्ष है। राज्य सरकार ने मुख्यमंत्री को मांग पत्र भी सौंपा है, लेकिन कोई फायदा नहीं हुआ।

इसलिए, ओडिशा प्रदेश युवा कांग्रेस के अध्यक्ष डॉ. लेंका ने अपने मांग पत्र में महामहिम राज्यपाल के साथ हस्तक्षेप किया और उन्हें राज्य के युवाओं के भविष्य को आकार देने में मदद करने के लिए कहा। स्मृति रंजन लेंका के नेतृत्व में एक प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने महामहिम राज्यपाल को मांग पत्र सौंपा। आज के कार्यक्रम में मुख्य अतिथि प्रवक्ता नलिनीकांत नायक।
