राज्य ने केंद्र सरकार द्वारा 2015 में शुरू किए गए अमृत मिशन को किया लागू : मुख्यमंत्री नवीन पटनायक

भुवनेश्वर,उड़ीसा ( जनक्रांति हिन्दी न्यूज बुलेटिन ०२ अक्टूबर २०२१ बिस्वरंजन मिश्रा) । अमृत 2.0 और एसबीएम 2.0 के शुभारंभ के लिए मुख्यमंत्री श्री नवीन पटनायक का भाषण माननीय प्रधान मंत्री, माननीय केंद्रीय मंत्री, विभिन्न राज्यों, ओडिशा के शहरी विकास मंत्री माननीय मंत्री हमेशा से रहे हैं। अपने सभी नागरिकों की भलाई पर ध्यान केंद्रित किया। हमारी सरकार राज्य के सभी शहरों में सभी घरों को सुरक्षित और स्वच्छ नल जल आपूर्ति प्रदान करने और समयबद्ध तरीके से कचरा मुक्त स्वच्छ शहरों को प्राप्त करने के लिए सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता देती है।

राज्य ने केंद्र सरकार द्वारा 2015 में शुरू किए गए अमृत मिशन को लागू किया। इससे ओडिशा के 9 प्रमुख शहरों में शहरी जल आपूर्ति क्षेत्र और सेप्टेज प्रबंधन में पर्याप्त सुधार हुआ है। लगभग 1,600 करोड़ रुपये के निवेश से जलापूर्ति और सेप्टेज परियोजनाओं को क्रियान्वित किया गया है। अमृत के तहत परियोजनाओं और शहरी सुधार उपायों के सफल कार्यान्वयन के साथ, ओडिशा पिछले 3 वर्षों से लगातार देश में पहला स्थान हासिल कर रहा है।

अमृत मिशन कवरेज के अलावा सभी 114 शहरों में सभी घरों में नल के पानी की आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित करने के लिए, राज्य अपनी पहल बासुधा लेकर आया है। मुझे यह बताते हुए खुशी हो रही है कि अब तक 114 शहरों में से 27 शहरों ने 100 प्रतिशत हाउस कनेक्शन हासिल कर लिया है, जिसमें भुवनेश्वर शहर भी शामिल है जो इस स्थिति को हासिल करने वाला अब तक का पहला और एकमात्र मिलियन प्लस शहर बन गया है। हमने दिसंबर 2022 तक अपने सभी शहरों में 100 प्रतिशत घर कनेक्शन प्राप्त करने का लक्ष्य रखा है। इस महत्वाकांक्षी यात्रा में, जल साथी, जो मिशन शक्ति के सदस्य हैं, जल आपूर्ति वितरण और उपभोक्ता संबंधों के प्रबंधन में हमारे सामुदायिक भागीदार हैं।

पीने के पानी के प्रावधान को अगले स्तर तक ले जाते हुए, ओडिशा ने अपनी 5T पहल के तहत नल मिशन से अपना पेय शुरू कर दिया है। इस मिशन के तहत जगन्नाथ धाम पुरी के सभी घरों में नल से सीधे पीने योग्य आईएस 10500 गुणवत्ता मानकों को पूरा करने के लिए 24x7 पानी की आपूर्ति प्रदान की जा रही है। पुरी शहर लंदन, न्यूयॉर्क, सिंगापुर और टोक्यो जैसे अंतरराष्ट्रीय शहरों की लीग में शामिल होने का यह अनूठा गौरव हासिल करने वाला देश का पहला शहर बन गया है। इससे तीर्थ नगरी पुरी में सालाना 400 टन प्लास्टिक कचरा कम होगा। इस परिवर्तनकारी पहल का विस्तार भुवनेश्वर, कटक, बरहामपुर और राउरकेला सहित 17 और शहरों में किया जा रहा है। फेकल कीचड़ प्रबंधन के तहत, पुरी शहर सहित अमृत मिशन के तहत 9 शहरों का समर्थन किया गया था । 

जहां हमने सीवेज और सेप्टेज उपचार प्रक्रिया को परिवर्तित करने वाली सह-उपचार सुविधा स्थापित की है जो अद्वितीय है और इसे राष्ट्रीय सर्वोत्तम अभ्यास के रूप में स्वीकार किया गया है। एफएसएम कार्यक्रम को अमृत शहरों के अलावा राज्य के सभी शहरों में विस्तारित किया गया है और मुझे यह बताते हुए खुशी हो रही है कि वर्तमान में 55 उपचार सुविधाएं काम कर रही हैं और पूरी तरह से हमारे मिशन शक्ति महिला स्वयं सहायता समूहों द्वारा प्रबंधित की जाती हैं।

महिला स्वयं सहायता समूहों के साथ साझेदारी ने इन शहरी क्षेत्रों में महिलाओं के लिए आजीविका के विशाल विकल्प प्रदान करने के अलावा एक गुणवत्तापूर्ण प्रोत्साहन दिया है। हमने मार्च 2022 तक सभी 114 शहरों में 100 प्रतिशत मल कीचड़ सुविधाएं हासिल करने का महत्वाकांक्षी लक्ष्य रखा है। मुझे खुशी है कि केंद्र सरकार अमृत 2.0 और एसबीएम 2.0 लॉन्च कर रही है। ओडिशा इन फ्लैगशिप मिशनों के सफल कार्यान्वयन में केंद्र सरकार के साथ भागीदारी करेगा। और हमारी शहरी आबादी के लिए जीवन-यापन मानकों में सुधार लाने की दिशा में काम करते हैं। मुझे अपने अनुभव साझा करने का अवसर देने के लिए मैं माननीय प्रधान मंत्री को धन्यवाद देता हूं।

Launching e commerce platform for Koraput coffe caffe on International Coffe Day: Chief Minister

BHUBANESWAR, Odisha ( jankranti hindi news bulletin office Report BISWARANJAN MISHRA NEWS 02 October, 2021). Speech of Chief Minister Shri Naveen Patnaik for the Launch of AMRUT 2.0 & SBM 2.0 Honorable Prime Minister, Honorable Union Ministers Honorable Ministers of Urban Development from various states, Odisha has always focused on the wellbeing of all its citizens. Our Government gives top priority for Providing Safe & Clean Tap Water supply to all the Households in all cities in the state & Achieving Garbage free clean cities in a time bound manner. State implemented the AMRUT Mission launched in 2015 by the Union Government. This has brought substantial improvements in the urban water supply sector and septage management across 9 major towns of Odisha. Water supply and Septage Projects with an investment of about Rs1, 600 Crore have been implemented. With the successful implementation of the Projects and Urban Reform measures under AMRUT, Odisha has been securing 1st Position in the Country consecutively for the last 3 years. To ensure Tap water supply to all households in all the 114 cities over and above AMRUT Mission coverage, the state has come up with its own initiative BASUDHA. I am glad to share that so far 27 cities out of 114 cities achieved 100 percent House connections including Bhubaneswar City which has become the 1st and only Million Plus City so far to achieve this status. We have targeted to achieve 100 percent house connections in all our cities by December 2022. In this ambitious journey, Jal sathis who are the Mission Sakthi members, are our community partners in managing the water supply distribution and consumer relationship. Taking provision of drinking water to next level, Odisha has started its Drink from Tap mission under its 5T initiative.Under this Mission 24x7 water supply of Directly drinkable from tap, meeting IS 10500 quality standards is being provided to all households of Jagannatha Dham PURI.Puri city has become the 1st city in the country to achieve this unique distinction of joining the league of international cities like London, Newyork, Singapore & Tokyo. This will reduce 400 tons of plastic waste annually in the pilgrim city of PURI. This transformative initiative is being expanded to 17 more Cities including Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Berhampur and Rourkela. Under Fecal sludge management, 9 cities were supported under AMRUT Mission including Puri city where we have set up Co-treatment facility converging Sewage and Septage treatment process which is unique and has been acknowledged as a National best practice. The FSM program is extended to all the cities in the state apart from the AMRUT cities and I am happy to share that presently 55 Treatment facilities are functioning and are fully managed by our Mission Sakthi Women Self Help Groups. Partnering with women self help groups have given a quality fillip in addition to providing huge livelihood options for women in these urban areas. We have kept an ambitious target to achieve 100 percent fecal sludge facilities in all 114 cities by March 2022. I am happy that the Union Government is launching AMRUT 2.0 and SBM 2.0.Odisha will partner with the central government in successful implementation of these Flagship Missions and work towards improving the livability standards for our urban population.
