भुवनेश्वर,उड़ीसा ( जनक्रांति हिन्दी न्यूज बुलेटिन कार्यालय बिसवारंजन मिश्रा न्यूज़ 05 अक्टूबर, 2021 ) । मुख्यमंत्री श्री नवीन पटनायक ने आज गजपति जिले में बीजू स्वास्थ्य कल्याण योजना के तहत स्मार्ट स्वास्थ्य कार्ड वितरण का उद्घाटन किया । मुख्यमंत्री ने जनता को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि जिले के 1.35 लाख लोगों को इसका लाभ मिलेगा. उन्होंने कहा, "गजपति जिले का उनके लिए विशेष महत्व है।

" उन्होंने कहा कि उन्हें गजपति में एक स्मार्ट हेल्थ कार्ड लॉन्च करने की खुशी है। हालांकि एक छोटा जिला, आधुनिक ओडिशा में गजपति का योगदान महत्वपूर्ण है। इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने अलग उतकल प्रदेश के गठन के अग्रदूतों में से एक महाराजा कृष्णचंद्र गजपति का स्मरण किया और कहा कि राष्ट्र उनके योगदान को कभी नहीं भूलेगा। वे विकास और स्वाभिमान के प्रतीक थे।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कवि गोपाल कृष्ण पटनायक और प्रख्यात सगद्धाक्षकशक्ति डॉ. सत्यनारायण राजगुरु को भी श्रद्धांजलि दी। गजपति जिले के लिए मुख्यमंत्री ने सड़क, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य के बुनियादी ढांचे के साथ मेगा पाइप जल परियोजना का उद्घाटन किया. मुख्यमंत्री ने यह भी कहा कि महेंद्रगिरि मंदिर को विकसित करने के लिए कदम उठाए जा रहे हैं।

उन्होंने कहा, "राज्य के छह लाख परिवारों के साढ़े तीन करोड़ लोग स्मार्ट हेल्थ कार्ड से लाभान्वित होंगे।" उन्होंने अमेरिकी गठबंधन के समर्थन में बात की, लेकिन कहा कि कुछ स्वतंत्रता बनाए रखना जवाब नहीं था।

अब लोग बिना किसी परेशानी के कार्ड का एक टुकड़ा लेकर देश के 200 सबसे बड़े अस्पतालों में बेहतर इलाज करा सकते हैं। "यह तब हमारे संज्ञान में आया था। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उनके लिए हर जान कीमती है। किसान हो या मिल मालिक या रिक्शा चालक - हर कोई गरिमा के साथ रहता है।

यह उनके विभिन्न कल्याणकारी कार्यक्रमों का लक्ष्य है, ”उन्होंने कहा। गौरतलब है कि स्मार्ट हेल्थ कार्ड राज्य सरकार का एक प्रमुख कार्यक्रम है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने 20 अगस्त को मलकानगिरी में इसका उद्घाटन किया। बाद में दिन में सुंदरगढ़, बलांगीर में आज गजपति में कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ किया गया।

Chief Minister Shri Naveen Patnaik inaugurated smart health card distribution under Biju Swasthya Kalyan Yojana in Gajapati district today. Addressing the public, the Chief Minister said that 1.35 lakh people of the district would get its benefit. "Gajapati district has special significance for them," he said. He said that he is happy to launch a smart health card in Gajapati. Although a small district, Gajapati's contribution to modern Odisha is significant. On this occasion, the Chief Minister remembered Maharaja Krishnachandra Gajapati, one of the pioneers of the formation of separate Utkal Pradesh and said that the nation will never forget his contribution.

He was a symbol of development and self-respect. The Chief Minister also paid homage to poet Gopal Krishna Patnaik and eminent virtuous force Dr. Satyanarayan Rajguru. For Gajapati district, the Chief Minister inaugurated the Mega Piped Water Project with road, education, health infrastructure. The Chief Minister also said that steps are being taken to develop the Mahendragiri temple. He said that three and a half crore people from six lakh families of the state would be benefitted by the smart health card.

He spoke out in support of the American coalition, but said maintaining some independence was not the answer. Now people can take a piece of the card without any hassle and get better treatment in the 200 biggest hospitals of the country. “It came to our notice then. The chief minister said that every life is precious to him. Be it farmer or mill owner or rickshaw puller – everyone lives with dignity. This is the goal of his various welfare programmes,” he said. It is worth mentioning that Smart Health Card is a flagship program of the State Government.It was inaugurated by the Chief Minister at Malkangiri on August 20. Later in the day the program was launched at Gajapati in Sundergarh, Balangir today.
