भुवनेश्वर,उड़ीसा ( जनक्रांति हिन्दी न्यूज बुलेटिन कार्यालय बिस्वरंजन मिश्रा समाचार 15 अक्टूबर, 2021) ।  जापान ओडिशा निवेश संगोष्ठी मुख्य सचिव ने हैंडहोल्डिंग से सुचारू संचालन तक सभी सुविधा का आश्वासन दिया। जापान-ओडिशा औद्योगिक साझेदारी को आगे बढ़ाने की दिशा में एक और महत्वपूर्ण कदम में, उद्योग प्रतिनिधियों के बीच एक लक्ष्य उन्मुख सेमिनार सत्र आयोजित किया गया था। जापान और ओडिशा सरकार के मंत्री उद्योग, एमएसएमई और ऊर्जा कप्तान दिब्या शंकर मिश्रा की अध्यक्षता में आज लोकसेबा भवन सम्मेलन हॉल में डिजिटल और भौतिक दोनों मोड पर। संगोष्ठी ओडिशा में नए जापानी निवेश की संभावनाओं की खोज पर केंद्रित थी।

मुख्य भाषण देते हुए, मंत्री कैप्टन मिश्रा ने कहा, “जापान भारत और ओडिशा का एक क़ीमती भागीदार रहा है। मुख्यमंत्री श्री नवीन पटनायक के नेतृत्व में हमारा राज्य जापान के साथ औद्योगिक और सांस्कृतिक दोनों क्षेत्रों में एक चिरस्थायी संबंध बनाने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है। श्री मिश्रा ने कहा, "कई उड़िया लोगों ने जापान को अपना घर बना लिया है। जापानी लोग और सुश्री मसाको ओनो जैसे कलाकार ओडिशा की संस्कृति का हिस्सा बन गए हैं। संगोष्ठी को संबोधित करते हुए, मुख्य सचिव श्री सुरेश चंद्र महापात्रा ने कहा, "औद्योगिक सहयोग के साथ पिछले वर्षों में जापान बहुत सफल रहा है।

मजबूत बुनियादी ढांचा, मजबूत राजनीतिक इच्छाशक्ति और सक्षम नौकरशाही के साथ प्राकृतिक संसाधन ओडिशा की बड़ी ताकत हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि भारत सरकार ओडिशा में सफल निवेश के लिए सभी आवश्यक सहायता प्रदान करेगी। ओडिशा को अवसरों की भूमि के रूप में पेश करते हुए, प्रमुख सचिव उद्योग श्री हेमंत कुमार शर्मा ने कहा, ओडिशा अपने प्राकृतिक संसाधनों, व्यापार करने में आसानी और कानूनी ढांचे को सुविधाजनक बनाने के लिए निवेश आकर्षित करने में अग्रणी राज्य रहा है।

जापानी प्रतिनिधिमंडल भारत में जापान के राजदूत असाधारण और पूर्णाधिकारी महामहिम सतोशी सुजुकी के नेतृत्व में ओडिशा आया था। संगोष्ठी को संबोधित करते हुए, श्री सुजुकी ने पिछले वर्षों में जापानी निवेशकों को ओडिशा सरकार द्वारा प्रदान किए गए समर्थन की सराहना की। उन्होंने आशा व्यक्त की कि राज्य में हालिया औद्योगिक और विकासात्मक उछाल राज्य में नए जापानी निवेश की प्राप्ति में अधिक सहायक होगा। एक्सेलोर मित्तल, निपॉन स्टील, टीआरएल क्रोसाकी, टाटा समूह, आदित्य बिड़ला, इंडो-निसिन फूड्स, रिलायंस और माइंड ट्री जैसे उद्योग जगत के नेताओं के अध्यक्ष, प्रबंध निदेशक और मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारियों ने जापान के संभावित निवेशक के साथ ओडिशा में अपने अनुभव साझा किए।
