भुवनेश्वर/मलकानगिरी,उड़ीसा ( जनक्रांति हिन्दी न्यूज बुलेटिन कार्यालय बिस्वरंजन मिश्रा समाचार १४ अक्टूबर,२०२१) । श्री अभय, डीजीपी ओडिशा और ओडिशा पुलिस के अन्य वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों ने वामपंथी उग्रवाद परिदृश्य और हाल ही में सफल एएनओ की समीक्षा करने के लिए मलकानगिरी का दौरा किया। उन्होंने परिचालन दलों के प्रयासों के पूरक हैं।

एसओजी और डीवीएफ द्वारा एक सफल नक्सल विरोधी ऑपरेशन में, विशिष्ट खुफिया जानकारी के आधार पर, एसओजी-डीवीएफ दलों के साथ तुलसी पहाड़ क्षेत्र में एक ऑपरेशन शुरू किया गया था। जिसमें, सशस्त्र माओवादियों और पुलिस दलों के बीच एक ईओएफ हुआ, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप तीन सशस्त्र माओवादी कैडरों को निष्प्रभावी कर दिया गया, 02 राइफल और अन्य लेख जब्त किए गए। मलकानगिरी के तीन माओवादी (01 एसीएस, 01 एसीएम, दोपहर 01 बजे) को निष्प्रभावी कर दिया गया।

हथियार, गोला बारूद और कई आपत्तिजनक माओवादी सामग्री जब्त की गई। हम माओवादी कैडरों से मुख्यधारा में शामिल होने की अपील करते हैं। राष्ट्र विरोधी और विध्वंसक गतिविधियों को अंजाम देने के लिए सशस्त्र माओवादी कैडरों के आंदोलन के बारे में विशेष खुफिया जानकारी के आधार पर, एसओजी, ओडिशा पुलिस के डीवीएफ और बीएसएफ की टीमों को शामिल करने वाला एक संयुक्त विशेष नक्सल विरोधी अभियान, 10.10.2021 को मलकानगिरी जिले के मैथिली पीएस सीमा के तहत तुलसी पहाड़ के सामान्य क्षेत्र में शुरू किया गया था।

जब यह ऑपरेशन चल रहा था, सशस्त्र माओवादी कैडर द्वारा पुलिस दलों पर गोलीबारी की गई और इसलिए पुलिस पार्टी ने उनकी आत्मरक्षा में जवाबी कार्रवाई की। यह ईओएफ कल यानी 12.10.2021 को लगभग 5.50 बजे एसओजी/डीवीएफ पार्टियों और सशस्त्र माओवादी कैडरों के बीच मैथिली पीएस सीमा के तहत सीजी की सीमा के पास जाजभाटा जंगल के पास हुआ। इस समय तक किए गए बाद के तलाशी अभियानों के दौरान, क्षेत्र से तीन अज्ञात शव यानी सशस्त्र भाकपा (माओवादी) कैडर के दो पुरुष और एक महिला बरामद किए गए।

इसके बाद, उनकी पहचान (1) अनिल @ किशोर @ मुका सोदी (एम) (एसीएस) एस/ओ-सोमा सोदी, गांव-सुधाकोंडा पीएस-कालीमेला, जिला-मलकानगिरी के रूप में की गई है। वर्तमान में वे AOBSZC के तहत गुम्मा एसी के सचिव के रूप में कार्यरत थे। उसके पास पांच लाख रुपये का नकद इनाम था। (२) सोनी (एफ) आर / ओ-छत्तीसगढ़, वर्तमान में वह एओबीएसजेडसी के तहत उदय (सीसीएम) सुरक्षा टीम के एसीएम के रूप में काम कर रही थी। उसके पास 4 लाख रुपये का नकद इनाम था। (3) पेडाबैलु एसी के चिन्ना राव (एम) पीएम जो अरुणा प्रोटेक्शन टीम के साथ काम कर रहे थे और जिन पर ₹1 लाख का नकद इनाम था। आगे के तलाशी अभियान पर, निम्नलिखित हथियार, गोला-बारूद, विस्फोटक और अन्य आपत्तिजनक लेख भी बरामद किए गए हैं। पता चला है कि मारे गए नक्सलियों के काडर में संलिप्तता थी। अतीत में सुरक्षा बलों को निशाना बनाने वाली हिंसक घटनाओं के साथ-साथ निर्दोष नागरिकों की हत्या। इस ऑपरेशन के दौरान निम्नलिखित हथियार, गोला-बारूद और अन्य सामान बरामद किया गया है।

In a successful Anti-Naxal operation by SOG and DVF, Based on specific intelligence, an operation was launched in the Tulsi Pahad area with SOG-DVF parties. In which, an EoF took place between the armed Maoists & police parties, resulting in neutralization of three armed Maoists cadres, seizure of 02 rifles & other articles.Malkangiri three Maoists(1 ACS, 1 ACM, 1 PM) have been neutralized. Arms, live ammunition and many incriminating maoist materials seized.

We appeal to the Maoist  cadres to join mainstream.Based on specific intelligence about the movement of armed maoist cadres for carrying out anti-national & subversive activities, a joint special anti-naxal operation involving teams of SOG, DVF of Odisha Police and BSF, was launched in the general area of Tulsi pahad under Mathili PS limits of Malkangiri district on dt.10.10.2021.While this operation was going on, police parties were fired upon by armed Maoists cadres and hence the police party retaliated in their self-defence.

This EOF took place near Jajbhata jungle bordering to C.G under Mathili PS limits between the SOG/DVF Parties & armed Maoist cadres yesterday i.e. on 12.10.2021 at about 5.50 AM. During subsequent search operations conducted till this time, three unidentified dead bodies i.e. two male and one female of armed CPI (Maoist) cadres were recovered from the area. Subsequently, they have been identified as (1) Anil @ Kishor @ Muka Sodi (M) (ACS) S/O-Soma Sodi, Village-Sudhakonda PS-Kalimela, Dist-Malkangiri.

Presently he was working as Secretary of Gumma AC under AOBSZC. He was carrying a cash reward of ₹5 Lakh. (2) Sony (F) R/O-Chhattisgarh, presently she was working as ACM of Uday (CCM) protection team under AOBSZC. She was carrying a cash reward of ₹4 Lakh. (3) Chinna Rao (M) PM of Pedabailu AC who was working with Aruna protection team and was carrying a cash reward of ₹1 Lakh. On further search operation, the following arms, ammunition, explosives and other incriminating articles have also been recovered. It has come to be known that the dead Maoists cadres were involved in nos. of violent incident targeting security forces in the past as well as murder of innocent civilians.

Following arms, ammunition and other articles have been recovered during this operation. SL.
